Rated 1 out of 5 by from Product is fine, but good luck with the $20 disc Went through all the steps to get my $20 discount, but at the end when paying, did not receive the discount. Complained to Intuit, but was told "there's nothing that can be done". Which is obviously wrong. If you can bill, you can cancel / reverse a bill. Not sure I'll be using their product in the future.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax is Intuitive, so to speak I'm still upset for TurboTax miscalculating my taxable SS income two years ago, so the IRS change the number, recalculated the tax I owed, and charge a penalty and interest--for which I've yet to receive reimbursement for.

Plus I was told about the third stimulus that I wouldn't have even known about had it not been for Turbo Tax. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to file their own taxes. Thank you Turbo Tax

I filled the information and Lilibeth reviewed it, provided her expertise and kind support allowing us to fill confident and change the results! Her support allowed us to get refunds. I will use Turbotax from now on.
