Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is good and fast. Used for many years. Turbo tax is great but have times I have a question i need a yes or no but it takes to long to talk to a live person. Most of the time i buy the ultimate level of service but it takes to long to talk to a live person. I have had the same problems during off tax seasons. Thank you.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from High cost and confusing Probably ok for a simple return, but very confusing with respect to rental properties and many prompts require you to know exactly what the form is asking for. Help isn't always all that helpful. Cost is high and constantly nags you to add significantly more costs for marginally better services. Not a good value for the money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never again! I've used every tax site over the years since I started doing my own taxes about 14 years ago. I settled on turbo tax several years ago because it was easy & seemed to be accurate. They NEVER get my resident state correct so I've always used the state's site & gotten back a lot more that turbo tax figures. This year I was in a crunch to get them done on time. Not only do I have to pay my state a substantial amount, the ease of use is gone. The site keeps forgetting my password. I've had to close out & come back a few times. EVERY time, instead of just going back to where I left off, I have to through all these unnecessary steps to get back to where I was. And the price to file? Way too high in my opinion. This is the last year turbo tax. See you.
