I did run into an issue and needed to speak to a representative, but I was a little frustrated since she was just reading through instructions as I could've done myself. Overall, pretty user-friendly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as easy is advertised I found Turbo Tax difficult to navigate. I had to speak to friends who know this very well a number of times, and it took hours to figure some of the stuff. If you are doing a basic free return fine. But if you have any kind of investments, rental, etc, it can be really tough to navigate. Jumping to forms is to exact. If you are missing a single letter it doesn't work. Again, this software shouldn't be this difficult to get around, find things and answer questions.
