I got connected right away with a professional who walked me through my unique situation step by step. I have filed with a private cpa for years, Turbo tax cost 1/4 of the price and 10x as fast.

Sometimes you discover deductions, etc. that you were not aware of or not sure of. And if you need extra help, they are there to assist you. I trust Turbo Tax completely, especially with all the changes made on a yearly basis. Thanks for all the assistance and help that you have given me through the years !!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One improvement woulld make Turbo Tax even better Contributions of tangible items: give us a description "actual cost" rather than having us select from either "catalog" or "comparable sales", neither of which is entirely accurate. We purchase stuffed animals for one charity, canned foods for another, and donate pet medications, pet food and supplies to another. For each, we have receipts of the actual cost.
