Rated 1 out of 5 by from Huge failure Turbotax I should have realized that this would be a horrendous process when it wouldn't download properly the first time and I had to resort to the community page for help. I called the help desk three times over the last month and only once got someone willing and able to help. I wish I had written her name down. They were all very nice but not helpful! Way more bugs and issues than any program should have! DO BETTER TURBOTAX!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fix the 'Pay by Credit Card' display screen The tax sofware is great. However, the section where you pay directly via credit card is impossible. The page presents in a way that the 'Continue' button at the bottom of the page was not accessible and there was no way to re-size the screen to make if smaller so that the button was displayed. This required that I setup a new Intuit account (again) because the system never recognized my old password from a previous year. The Password reset function was problematic as well. I finally got this done, but it took much more time than I expected.
