Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not a Good Experience After I finished my return on June 12, 2023, I was not able to gain access to my return. I kept getting an error message to reinstall the program which was not available when I signed in online until August. I again went online in August expecting to have to buy the program again only to find it available for download. I reinstalled the program along with the 2021 program and was able to get what I need. Because of my long past successful relationship with Turbo Tax, I will continue to use the program in the immediate future. I hope this issue never happens again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great product but excessively slow website I love using TurboTax because it makes it easy to file federal and state. My only problem is the site often has excessive wait times. Like, Hello are you still there? kind of wait times. I'm very concerned that next year, when I'm able to file before April, it'll be burdensome with the number of people accessing it. Hopefully they'll upgrade servers before then.
