Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax- Software to Cloud Could Use Some Work I've bought TurboTax from Costco for years and decided I liked some of the cloud storage offered by using TurboTax online. I was disappointed there was no option to upload prior returns or to event just upload last year's TurboTax file. This would have saved a bit of time entered in my personal information. Once I got going, I did like the online features, especially being able to work on my return from any computer. Another thing I did not like is the price point. I understand the online version has to absorb server and hosting costs, but I ended up paying around $196 for Premier and to e-file both Federal & State. That has run around half that in prior years when buying the software at Costco around Jan when they normally have a sale. Feels like some channel and pricing confusion. Still recommend the product over others (especially paying a CPA like $500 who barely remembers my name).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AUDIT DEFENSE LOOP I don't want Audit Defense, but each time I selected "NO" the program would loop around and go through the same cycle asking again if I wanted Audit Defense. I finally just skipped the are in total. Why can't you just have the program continue with the filing without going back through the same steps?
