Rated 2 out of 5 by from turbo tax has gotten way too expensive When I started using Turbo Tax it was affordable $25.00 But now having to pay $178 is absurd. And to add to the issue they make you pay a percentage fee when you have to use a credit card (because you are poor) to pay the government.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax Live = HUGE SCAM I bought TurboTax live for $209.00 - I've been using TurboTax for many years and have loved the product until this year. I don't think I'll be using again. On three occasions, I asked to speak with a live representative and was told one would call within 5 minutes. No one ever once called. When I called Intuit customer service to complain, wait time was multiple hours. I was sold a false bill of good, plain and simple, and TurboTax gave me no option but to pay the $209. I couldn't even find a place to revert back to a simpler version. For the first time, it felt like the company was trying to take advantage of me, versus help me. Very disappointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is ok I was grateful to have help when it came to filing crypto, it was such a relief. I would change that tracking system. I was told that the 2021 taxes were filed and accepted only to find out that TurboTax seems to not have a record of my accepted tax returns for year 2021, despite filing with Turbo Tax online. Although according to the IRS, I don't owe.
