Erum from TurboTax did a phenomenal job of preparing my tax documents and making sure I get all the deductions. She is very approachable and happy to answer as many questions as I had. Overall a great experience and thumbs up for this new full service filing of taxes from the comfort of your home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrific program, great assistance With the craziness of 2020 my tax info was very different from other years and I incorrectly filled something out and was hung up in the review portion. I got live assistance and my agent, Jani, was fantastic! We figured it out and I got even more money back!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax - disappointing this year Did not really address the American Rescue Plan issues especially the $10,200 exemption for Unemployment benefits. Also based on my age, it did not address the SURE Act noting that I do not have to address Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) until I turned 72 - no longer April 1st following the year I turn 70 1/2.
