Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Saves The Day Again I used TurboTax in the past, and was still a perfect solution after a few financially difficult years...quick, easy and certainly shielded me from the agonizing stress of preparing them. The questions are very simple, much of the logic is already built into the software, making all data entry ridiculously simple.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great - except for the ads I use intuit for quickbooks and the same thing is true there. CONSTANT barrage of ads. I pay them too much money for them to constantly upsell everything. Otherwise, the thorough nature of both services is excellent.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Live Agents Suck but Turbo Tax tool is great Live agents waste so much of time, I don't think they have sufficient knowledge of the taxation system. We have to repeat same information many time. They just provide a link which we can find ourselves. I feel it should be improved. Turbo Tax tool is great and that's the reason I have been using this since last few years. Please dont keep increasing the price. Every year I see higher price.
