Rated 3 out of 5 by from Text to small among other things. 1st. Text was very hard to read on my 24" monitor because it was so small even in full screen mode. I'd say most instructions occupied less that 1/8 of my screen. Isn't there code to size the screen and text in the application? Please increase text size or provide an option to increase text size. 2nd. I wish I could see the location (Line on 1040) on the appropriate tax form as I answer questions. I don't want to view a pdf file after answering a questions. I'd like to see the progress as I go. Also the grouping of items, maybe it would be a good idea to identify the particular tax form being completed. 3rd. The review of the taxes didn't check for possible e-filing errors frustrating acceptance of my e-filing. e.g. Not having the six digit IP pin as opposed to the five digit pin I created for myself. Couldn't I have been advised that I could only paper file instead of e-filing because of missing entries. 4th. I completed the taxes for e-filing and continually to got rejected. Instead of looking up the rejection code could there be a link to the exact problem entry in TurboTax forms.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Indiana State would not Transmit I filed one individual Federal and Indiana State form just fine. When I tried to submit a different individual form the Federal transmitted and was accepted but the Indiana State would not transmit. Tech support couldn't help. Finally had to print the State forms and mail in. Very Frustrated with TurboTax Premier this year. Turbo tax help was very poor. I've used TurboTax for more than 30 years and this was by far the worst. May consider another efiling option next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible experience This was a painful process. Turbo Tax has a terrible process at every step of the way. Even though I was a pilot customer of the full expert live service and have bought it every year since, I was rudely treated by the onboarding person, given requirements that differed from the app, and then assigned a tax expert woefully unqualified to handle my return. I started the process on February 19 and barely got a return ready by April 14. My tax expert gave me incorrect information at several junctures and was not timely in her responses. I had to wrestle with her and use the Facebook messaging agent to try and escalate. Although my tax expert ultimately rallied and made the corrections I had been requesting for over a month, it was a horrible process. On top of that when I logged in as part of the back and forth with my tax expert on April 14 I was told that if I did not check out by today my return would be purged from the system. I had no prior notice of this. The one shining star was the Facebook messaging support team. They were outstanding - responsive, efficient and well trained. Unless there are somehow dramatic improvements to this service and related processes in the next year I am either taking my business elsewhere or doing my own return next year. It took more time to wrestle with this process than it would have taken to do my return. Absolutely horrible.
