He was pretty helpful, had a good eye for collecting details, and exhibited a lot of patience in working with me. Kudos to him.

THE UPDATE ISSUE IS A REAL HASSLE AND CONSUMED ALOT OF MY TIME TRYING TO WORK AROUND THE ISSUE. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THIS WITH THE MONEY I SPEND ON THE PRODUCT. I WOULD NEVER TREAT MY CUSTOMERS THIS WAY AND EXSPECT THEM TO RETURN.
