Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Deluxe 2021 While TurboTax Deluxe does a fine job, I still have not recovered a Federal Tax Return using it. ( I and my spouse are fully retired and on Social Security ). Entering the Economic Impact Tax into my Federal Tax as instructed by TurboTax made me owe $1,674 in Federal taxes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Poor Software TurboTax Deluxe would not load on Windows 10 OS. Tried 2 different discs from Costco. Took laptop and disc to independent computer person who diagnosed an Intuit flaw that would not allow TTax to access the temp directory within Windows. This person repaired that flaw and got it to download. For $40. Two calls to Helpline were not helpful.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from useful but has a few issues I've used Turbo Tax for about 30 years. This year I'm have difficultly pulling up returns I prepared. I have prepared 5 returns but only 4 show in the opening window. Then when I call up the fifth return to check its filing status I receive a message that I have already filed 5 returns and this one can not be efiled. Additional research shows an email was received saying return was accepted on March 16. One of the error messages I received with each return was regarding Schedule 8812 Child tax credit. I had not checked the box about advance payments, Form 8812 did not apply to any of the returns I prepared.
