Rated 2 out of 5 by from The latest TurboTax Product SUCKS Page format is poor. One has to scroll down ad-nauseum to move forward. General lay-out is poorly done. Intuit programmers need to review the original version, which was much more user friendly. Intuit has taken a once good product and totally made it worse. Much of the content does not flow well. Instead of having to read the really small print on the actual IRS form lines the program should present it where it much more easily read and easier to fill in what is needed. The program should do the work and not so much the user. Go back to the Question and Answer form where the user is led and guided in a straight forward manner. Several years ago I was a TurboTax Beta tester. I think that Intuit should implement that program again. Get user reviews before releasing the final version.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax lacks help in certain areas. I had a Roth IRA excess contribution. It was difficult to get the correct answer via turbo tax. I contacted a turbo tax representative and they were not helpful. I had to determine the answer myself using an internet search. Other than the above comment, turbo tax is a fine product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax is really good My only complaint is that the instructions are confusing with respect to health insurance marketplace insurance premiums for a self employed person. It is hard to understand where this info should be entered, and how to "tie" it to schedule C.
