Rated 5 out of 5 by from Way too expensive for my income now Have a very low income now but because I sold dividend shares I had a form outside of the 1040 and had to pay for using your product. I can no longer afford this. Will have to use different product in the future.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No words to describe how inefficient! Must ask for refund after 12 hours of work and 3 online assistants they could not figure out how to e file my return. I had to print them and mail. Turbo Tax took the money from my credit card and tacked on an unknown fee before completing the returns. Now trying for refund.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Discounts Not Working I’ve used Turbo Tax for as long as i can remember, I will be using another software next year, your discount codes do not work as promised, nor did your representative offer the high discount amount - poor customer service, and way too much of my time wasted, so you can charge a higher rate. All I can say is GREED.
