Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is good, but has more challenges I have used TurboTax for about 10 years. It is easier to use with these new formats. I didn't find most of the questions where I looked for answers to be helpful. I did work with a TurboTax team member named Amber. She was very helpful and patient! I had challenges between trying to load TurboTax online and my new computer. I couldn't have completed the loading without her help and I think another supervisor was on the phone call, too. They gave me a service code which I have used to do my e-filing today.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great at filing taxes with Been using TurboTax Deluxe for many years on Mac and when it was called MacinTax. Lately, I have been using TurboTax Premier to do my taxes with Stock Transactions. It walks you through getting your information that needs to be entered. If you make a mistake you can either edit your responses, or you can delete a section with mistake and redo it. I really like the electronic upload of taxes. I have used it in past when I lived in two states in same tax year, and it works great at doing your taxes between the two states.
