Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lucrative fee model It's not easy going at the first, but once you get used to it, it's quite self explanatory and easy filing process. Big catch here is its payment model which is so confusing and lucrative to increase to enforce individual to go for higher fee model.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Fix Needed Turbo Tax has worked fine until recently. I have used it for over 20 years but starting this year I am not able to update the program without re-installation. Every time I need to update, an installer error is generated during the update process so I have to re-install the program from its distribution and then I can update it but only once.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Walked me through every step It took only a few hours to do a more complicated tax return than I am used to because Turbotax gave me explanations all the way through. I also chatted with four different CPA's live with odd questions and they had the answer right there available for me. It really didn't slow me down a bit. Thanks Turbotax!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 1065 filed w/ bugs Found multiple bugs with the software, ending LLC member owning percentage share of the company was incorrect even though I correctly inputted the figures when asked. After filing, I found one of the exiting members with a non-0% ending ownership. Also, why don't you support Quickbooks Online companies (only supporting Quickbooks Desktop?)? Seems like a very anti-small business move.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Could not open last year's return! I changed computers and could not access last year's return. I had to re-enter everything, and I had to keep referencing my PDF from last year over and over again.
