Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax USED TO BE AWESOME, but not this year! TurboTax experts were all very cordial and helpful. However, this is my 3rd year using Turbotax Home/Office and there were many, many, many annoying quirks, such as: TurboTax NOT saving information I input, TurboTax making it hard for me to input the specific business deductions I am accustomed to filing such as studio rent, storage rent... I am going to re-think whether I will use Turbo-Tax in 2021. I am very sorry to say this. I really loved TurboTax UNTIL this year.
