Software generally is very helpful, though there were a few areas that were not very clear and I felt like I had to guess or do my own research. Borrowing a PC for the software because a multi-member LLC return is not possible via the Mac version is a BIG dissatisfier.

However, it seems that they change too many things each year and it causes too much relearning each time. Itemizing deductions is particularly tedious and too many things that are in their cost system.
