Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY CD, I like the online version better I always used the online version and had really good tax professionals to answer all of my tax questions. This year I purchased TurboTax in Costco and when I call the support the "tax specialists" did not want to explain anything. All my questions were answered with only yes/no/sure. I tried so hard to see if I could convert to online live version so I could have a real professional to review my tax but no luck. I will NEVER BUY CD version of Turbotax again. CD is for accountants, not for general public audience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ok service but the pricing should be more upfront The process is ok, but I think the pricing should be more upfront. To find out at the very end that there is a charge for state and then another charge having the payment taken out of the return, doesn't seem forthright.

I've always felt a bit intimidated to do my own taxes, especially with the extra forms included as a business owner/sole-proprietor -- and I never wanted to mess anything up or miss out any deductions. With the encouragement of another Turbo Tax user, I gave it a whirl and used the extra Turbo Tax chat service. The process was simple and I look forward to using it again next year!
