THIS YEAR, I ATTEMPTED TO RETURN TO THE WORK PLACE ONLY TO FIND THAT HEALTH-WISE, IT WAS NOT GOING TO WORK. I MADE JUST ENOUGH TO HAVE FILE TO GET MY WITHHOLDING RETURNED. THANKS TO TURBO TAX, IT WAS VERY EASY!

This year it forced me to put info in about using my car for business when I had no business income or expense. And there was no access for me to use the Live Expert. I would have loved to have the option.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is exactly what I need. It is perfect! Turbo tax was easy and straightforward. It made about a week of tax work a few hours detail. All was good until I run across the rating form. I don't have a nickname. But the form is force-filled and every option of none was taken. It took 6 minutes to get it to accept something. very ridiculous!

I like to be guided step by step and look at tips or frequently answered question to learn about vocabularies I wasn't too familiar with.

I took advantage of the 'additional information' options whenever I wasn't exactly sure about a situation and always found the answers I needed. Thank you, Turbo Tax!

The program is always up-to-date with the latest filing requirements. To be honest, it has been the real reason I've had the courage to prepare my own returns over the years. I know they'll hold my hand as I work though the process and they'll back me up after I've filed. Thanks Turbo Tax - another year - another great job.
