Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is incredible I love how Turbo Tax transfers my tax information from last year to this year. I also love how it walks me through each section, asking me clear questions that help guide me. The Refund/Tax Due window is really interesting to watch as I go through the process. Although I have not had to need to interact with a tax pro while filling out my form, I'm glad to know the opportunity is there. Turbo tax has made filing so much easier that it used to be many years ago.

Without them I could never muddle through the forms and mistakes found in the end. The filing process gets more complicated every year. I have used TT for 20+ yrs and need help more and more every year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Getting Old and Clunky Have used TT for literally 25 years. Used to love it but the user interface has actually gotten worse over the years; instead of multiple panes that allowed viewing the return and progress, it's now just single windows and drill-down menus. Hard to find things, hard to track progress, easy to miss steps, and doesn't auto-link to a lot of banks or mortgage lenders. Don't love it anymore. Will look to a different solution next year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Objection to requiring Mac upgrade I had no problem with TurboTax. But my Mac Computer runs just fine on Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6. If I upgrade to 10.15 I will lose access to some specialized programs that won't work on the upgrade. I know this is probably irreversible, but it's a real burden for me.
