Rated 3 out of 5 by from turbo tax-expensive and difficult. Wow , now if you file jointly you double the advertised price. State is $50.00? Not the best price. I had to delete all of my info after trying repeatedly to delete an erroneous entered, which was hung on a address the was too long. I just wanted the whole thing to be deleted. Instant chat was no help to delete the entry. After deleting all info, entering in correctly (starting all over), I lost all info from previous years but still had the same problem show up as a needed fix in the end. Shortened the address as best I could to to file. IRS should be able match it up, but frustrating and time consuming. Annoying and expensive.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Ridonculous Surprise fees everywhere, very easy to get confused and accidentally be charged. Seemed to screw up my CRP tax return. Overall, very negative experience.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fees not disclosed until too late - high fees. Huge problem with property tax rebate form - there isn’t one!! TT lumps it in with Standard Deduction! Have to contact Mn Dept of Revenue to undo TT problems and file Property Tax rebate firm. Also fees are clouded in secrecy and unknown until you ‘file’ with TT! Could have hired tax preparer for what I ended up paying.
