Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a total waste of money! Turbo Tax was unable to e-file my returns as it kept giving me error messages related to differences in the adjusted gross income from last year's return which was also filed using Turbo Tax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Tax tool, with one major issue ... This is a great tool for completing taxes. It is simple to use, and the instructions are clear. It does have one major issue that has taken hours of troubleshooting to overcome. It requires that security software protecting transmission of sensitive data, in this case Kaspersky, to have the "Do not scan encrypted connections" setting turned on. This should not be a requirement, OR the documentation for the error "Your connection is not protected" should be more detailed. The troubleshooting steps in this doc are ineffective if this setting is needed. I have been a TurboTax user for more than 20 years and I highly recommend it. I have a large note attached to my tax folders to remind me of this setting, however.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Easy To File This product is very easy to file. It guides you through the entire process, step by step. There is one issue that I found that needs to be fixed. Whenever there is an update, the software does not automatically check your return to account for any changes that may have occurred. You have to manually check your return by selecting the appropriate tab. Example. One issue I had was the Covid relief bill. Having not received any money from the government, the software said I was eligible to a Covid tax credit, however, my return was not affected by the information provided. It took me three different times to update the software and run the error check before it would account for the change. Had I not been patient/persistent and wait to file my taxes, I would have had to pay federal taxes instead of receiving a refund.
