With 2019 and 2020, the software continues to have problems / bugs calculating deductible interest for refinanced mortgages - same loan with multiple 1098s in the year it was refinanced. For 2019 tax year, I didn't catch it and ended up overpaying tax liability and thankfully discovered it Feb 2021 and filed amended returns ... still waiting for refund of overpayment from IRS. I've spent days trying to amend 2019 and manually workaround 2020 filings. Incredibly frustrating so I'm considering going back to a competitor.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad. The small business version just kept asking me to update the same thing over and over again. I tried to contact support. It took forever. Then the person had no idea what I was talking about. Then they wanted to share my screen. I ended up just paying the extra $60 for Max audit protect just in case I was wrong with my entries. Worst experience in 6 years of using it. Probably going to TasSlayer next year.
