Rated 1 out of 5 by from I don't like TurobTax I don't understand why I owned to much in my taxes this year and why I could not take advantage of the American Opportunity Tax Credit (my daughter is in college). I want to understand how tax laws effect me and I don't trust this software. It would be helpful if you provided tax people to talk with or training to help me understand it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Life saver I chose TurboTax because I'd waited until the last minute to file and none of the free online or paper options fit my needs. I consider the $49 money well spent because it saved me from having to pay taxes I didn't actually owe. The filing wizard was very easy to use and put an end to the wailing and gnashing of teeth. 5 stars, would recommend,

I had the pleasure of working with two consults, Kim and Janet. They were both patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I've used TurboTax for several years and never had any problems.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Money Hungry Constantly pushing the upgrade version throughout the whole process even though its advertised as free. Then when I finally got to the end it forced me to pay $108 even though I selected the free version.
