Rated 2 out of 5 by from software issues had an issue in schedule c , could not figure out why it kept saying something in a line, but nothing there! Had to delete this form and continue with a two hundred dollar loss in my federal return, in order for turbo tax to file my return electronically, as it wouldn't print for me to mail and not take the lost!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic, simple and quick! I have used this product since the 90's, it has been fantastic, simple and quick every time. One year I could not find Turbo Tax and used a competitor. I had to go back, purchase that product year after the fact and amend my filing with Turbo Tax. Never will i stray again.

But, for a second year in a row Schedule D and Form-4797 "Sales of Business Property" are buried and soooo difficult to find!! Please, please include a "dialog" asking if a "Business Property was sold"

I also spoke to 2 other TurboTax experts and was completely satisfied with how they guided me through the process, including all details so as to help me be better prepared next year. They were all very patient and I was impressed with how thoroughly my tax expert knew and was able to explain so many possible situations which made me feel very confident that my return would be done correctly. I will definitely use the live service again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good software The only problem I had was that Turbotax didn't explain the underpayment penalty charge was added to my bill. I called Turbotax to speak to a representative. The first one couldn't help me. The second person said that I needed to pay it by mail. But in fact, when I went through all of the steps, the underpayment penalty was added to my bill.
