First problem, I purchased my disk from Costco as I have done several years in the past. The disk sent me to online and then charged me an additional $99 to process my federal return. I spent numerous hours and calls with representatives who did not know how to fix this. So ultimately I have now overpaid for this 1 return. When submitting a second family member on the same disk it is rejecting constantly for wrong AIG 2019. I am so upset that now I have yet again wasting more time and money on this program with no support from the turbotax experts.

All these things were no big deal to update, and because it's so easy I've been doing TurboTax for over 10 years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Praise the Lord! Well, this is the first year I owed Uncle Sam due to an early withdraw from my Retirement Roth IRA. Turbo Tax Premier walked me right through it! I am forever grateful. I was also able to pay the amount I owed via debit through my checking account without any extra fees being attached. I am thankful!
