Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and Intuitive Turbo Tax is an easy to use and pretty intuitive tool that keeps track of your tax returns year to year and can make what is normally a frustrating task much, much easier.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Rip off! I paid $150-250 to have my fed/state taxes prepared through different private services. Not the big name companies, small, independent businesses. TurboTax charges me $200 to do EVERYTHING myself, AND tries to con me into paying for extra services. They prompt you to complete your state taxes when you're done with federal, then try to get you to way overpay for state too! The only options you have then are to overpay for state filing, or delete all the progress you made with the state and file them somewhere else. I trust the process they use to calculate and guide me through my taxes, but I think I might look into another option next year. It's extremely frustrating how they try to get you to pay for all these extras.
