The only confusion for me was upon checkout I was afraid to put my bank information in because I didn’t know how much of my taxes were going to come out. Finally I decided to just do it and figured out that it was only going to be the state taxes and not the federal that would come out right away

TurboTax is a great way for people who are intimidated by the process to easily have their info checked over and to hone in on any areas that might be problematic. I have been using it for almost 8 years and couldn't be happier. I have never run into problems with TurboTax's state or federal filing.
