Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I love how easy it is to go through all the steps. It's also easy to navigate back to check on things. The only issue I had was that I usually use the free edition and didn't qualify for it this year, but even when I was on the main site every time I logged in it went straight to the free file. It took me quite a while to figure my way into the paid edition. I could have free filed at other sites, but I really like the convenience of Turbo Tax.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The App is so much worse than the website The app is cheaper than the website for some reason and allows for multiple users, so I went this route this year. It poorly syncs with the website. I had to manually enter so much old information from previous years that it became stressful. The app is also poorly streamlined so if you revisit an old section to change something, it prompts you to go through the subsequent steps all over again. It's obnoxious. App needs a huge overhaul to make it more like the website. It's sooooooo bad.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent; expected less bugs from a $100 product Decent, worked mostly as expected. Two bugs that I had to deal with - 1. Blank 1099-INT box (state tax withheld). Was prompted and flagged at least 20 times before I put zero and filed. While I get prompting users, the software should have capabilities to translate the scanned document. 2. The process of entering multiple mortgage statements - It is ridiculous that a user is expected to add multiple documents, when it should be straightforward to add numbers from multiple documents.
