Rated 4 out of 5 by from My Review for TurboTax Online Deluxe There is a confusing question on the High Deductible Health Plan for the spouse asking if she had a break in coverage; I selected "None" and it let me move forward but the question and the answer are both confusing. I had the same confusion last year also. Another confusing item was the Charitable Contribution; when I chose the default answer, it was supposed to get to this item later but it never did, and in the final review this item would show up as an error; I went through this exercise twice, and the third time, I chose the other option and was able to submit my charitable contribution amount, after which, the error went away on the final review.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Got it done Pretty easy to follow. Recommend that information on how to delete a form in case it is wrong should be one of the first things to be mentioned before starting. Even after talking to someone live, they could not tell me how to fix the problem. Figured it out though.

Their records tell me I've only been on for 8 years but that's because I messed up my sign in and change to a new one 8 years ago. I started using TurboTax in 1998 before I could get it online I was using the version you buy at the store.
