Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hidden Fees with no explanation At the end it charged me 50 dollars more than expected. When I hit payment breakdown, there was no explanation for this... At least be up front with your customers about why you are charging them. I am extremely frustrated

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Some items are difficult to explain I had problems with my state file. The chat person couldn't wait to get rid of me. A person on the phone was better, but the recommendation to start over was not what I was expecting from an "expert." Need to review your HSA portion
