Rated 1 out of 5 by from not worth the money think i spent more time trying to file than i would have spent completing the returns by hand Had to submit paper returns in the end anyway A big expense with little result Maybe the folks at Turbo Tax should help the IRS fix the backlog of unprocessed returns so that one day we'll be able to e-file with ease.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tax 2021 I've paid for e-file, but i-turbotax has the internet error, and transmission fails so e-file can not go through. I call your presentative, for 20 minutes wait, the lady answers. She speaks very fast with the tax- terminology. I ask her to repeat. She just put me on hold...I have to file through mail because it is due today.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid product, relatively easy to use. Have been using the product for years and it is a solid product, relatively easy to use. I gave 4/5 starts because I think the navigation is sometimes difficult. For example, moving into business expenses, and need to answer 5-6 questions, over and over again, even though I know what section I want to go to input updated values. Wish there was a quick navigation menu on the side somewhere so I could sat in interview mode, but go to the exact point iun the interview I want because it has remembered all my previous answers.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from All was good until the final step Everything was easy as usual, but at the final step I spent several days trying to get my returns to file. I could not e-File or Print. There was a very generic error that did not help figure out what the issue was. I called Support and spent a few hours on the phone with someone. They couldn't figure it out either. I had to download the Desktop version and pay twice to try and file there. They promised me someone would call back. They didn't. To force the return through, I had to remove all of the transaction detail that was imported from CoinTracker (Intuit's preferred crypto tax service blah blah blah). It was too much for the software. Also, the so-called experts who provide Live Support were no more helpful than what I could figure out on my own. They were figuring it out as they went as well. Disappointing end to the TurboTax process

Rated 1 out of 5 by from new version is horrendous and cumbersome to use was previously user friendly, 2021 was a disaster. the reason I have used Turbo tax in the past, is that it guided me through if I needed help. Now it seems to be gravitating to a service like H & R, or Liberty tax where you need to speak to a live person, after you have compiled and are ready to fill in yourself. Looks like i will go back to hard forms and save the $$. What a shame, you had a good thing and then messed it up!!!!
