Rated 4 out of 5 by from Timely filing and expert advise with some issues I have been using turbo tax for sometime and have been filing taxes on timely basis. This time as well I didn't have any issue except one which was taken care of. I wanted to file my taxes using full service feature, but my CPA left right before I wanted to file the taxes. I was given a new CPA but that meant I had to go over all the documents with them again. I liked that the new CPA got the ball rolling fairly quickly but I do want to mention the initial frustration that was caused due to the issue with original CPA.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Upset about all the fees at the end. It was a bit different this year because of not working. I did not like the fees at the end. You claim you can file for free than you tack on over $200.00 in fees. I probably will change filing services next year.
