Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Goof The wording on most questions and explanations are, purposely, difficult to follow. Being confused while filing taxes is the last way someone should feel when losing money. Being taxed on your product payment for tax returns is ironic.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Used to be easy and free I feel like the wording used in some parts pushes you to lay extra on top of the basic fee to get additional help filing. If you are charging to use the service now then at least make it as simple as possible for people to use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax didn't work right I used TurboTax for 2020. But when I filed 2021 return it was rejected by IRS saying my AGI didn't match. TurboTax kept asking how I filed my 2020 return and it didn't give me option to select TurboTax. This was not an experience I was looking for.
