Wasn't able to electronically transfer my interest from my banking institutions.Thus, I needed to speak with a live agent to put my interest payment information in effectively. Paul S. from Florida was able to connect with Screen Sharing on the First Attempt! He was professional and pleasant through out the entire process. Taxes are done. Taxes are filed and I am both confident and feel reassured that my taxes are done properly. I would & will absolutely recommend Intuit/Turbo Tax to people I know as well as anyone I hear asking whom to go to file their e-file taxes and/or returns. With Covid-19, I cannot imagine, a better, safer Covid Free Tax Filing Service than Intuit's Turbo Tax.
