Used it for Years never let me downI used Turbo Tax for the past 12 years last year I started my own business and used a Tax Preparation Professional and was not happy with the process. Turbo Tax offers more instruction and help which I needed for a business.

Turbo Tax was mostly goodGenerally easy to follow. I appreciated the versions in previous years that gave the option to update or skip the update and work on the return. I like to keep my return on external hard drive so I work on it without internet connection for security and only connect to update and file.
