Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax service is great! Was good again. The 1099-G for the farm is always a hassle, but eventually shows up properly in the return. I didn't get asked about IRA contributions, that was always a helpful tool for TurboTax to track those contributions.

I appreciate that they provide an efficient and helpful service but the continuous popups to pay more for more add ons and the hidden fees in the agreement at the end are frustrating. I will consider another service next year. I understand businesses need to make money, I just prefer the agreement information upfront and not after all of the time and effort has been spent....thereby locking me in to a degree. My fault for not realizing that at the start but this is not the TurboTax I recall using before with rave reviews-

The questions were right on and led me where I needed to go and prepares me for each year! A learning experience and great for stimulating the mind!! Thank you!

This year software seemed more glitchy than usual - asking for information during Error check that should have already been entered, error in date listed, and including payment vouchers in return even though not requested.
