Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Trap I could not finish my return until I upgraded, I went to the help section and followed what little instruction on how to remove the upgrade and it would not let me remove the upgrade which the instructions led me to! Very upset!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax did the job efficidently. I delayed doing my taxes. I jumped on TurboTax and started the process. It asked me all the questions needed to get started then we were off. After finding all the right documents, it was not difficult to plug in the numbers and get going. Before I knew it I was done and had my taxes filed, both federal and state. I used this TurboTax last year and I will continue to use TurboTax!

But it is now so close to the expense of a private accountant filing for us that we will likely switch away. after many years with TurboTax. It's a great product! just overpriced itself out of the market.
