Turbo tax is excellent. It's very user friendly!this product is very user friendly. It walks you through each item step by step. I highly recommend it. I questioned some things my previous CPA had done so I felt very comfortable reverting back to this product.

TurboTax DeluxeHad problems understanding step-by-step with a deduction I wanted to report. Called customer services and received great assistance. Later I looked up the deduction because it was no change in my refund due. I discovered that this was no longer a deduction anymore but Turbo tax did not provide any info regarding this issue.
