Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cost & Marketing Doubled The product is easy to use and I continue to use TurboTax because of that familiarity. This year it seems that it was more than double to file my federal and state taxes while using the same tier of service. The marketing attempts to upgrade and collect my data are bothersome as well. If I don't procrastinate next year I will look for something or a real accountant that can do the same thing and save me time and effort.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was the best & easiest tax return Ive filed Filing my taxes this year was the fastest and easiest its ever been, I actually enjoyed doing my taxes this year! the program was very user friendly and even had available for me to see in most places what i had put in the previous year and that was extremely helpful!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax NOT free 4 The Unemployed In a Pandemic I’ve never had to pay to file my taxes in my life but this time around I had to pay over 150$ to file my own taxes while forced on unemployment due to a global deadly pandemic and this tax return was the least amount of money I’ve ever received. I paid the most to get the least while unemployed due to no fault of my own because… this is America.
