Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax gets better/easier to use every year Your software really simplifies filing taxes. This year was a very positive experience. I did hit a couple of snags. One had to do with reporting the sale of some investment property. I couldn't find the right combination to report sale of investment real estate. I called your helpline and in five minutes the problem was solved. I have nothing but praise for your telephone staff. When I transferred my data to prepare my state return, the first item for review was labelled "CG dividends". Now I am not the Wolf of Wallstreet, but I do have some experience with stock investments. I have never heard that term used and I had no idea what I was being asked to review, In all honesty, I was pretty tired by this time, so I decided to take a break and let it rest. This morning it only took me about another half hour of digging through my 1099s, etc. to determine that they were asking about Capital Gains (CG) distributions, not dividends. Maybe I'm just "picky", but that one word cost me about an hour of frustration. Having said all of that, you still get five stars. After all, nobody's perfect.
