Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tax filing made easy!!! I have been a long time TurboTax user, and have been able to file my taxes with ease for years now. I used online review/ Q&A feature for the first time and I was impressed how quickly the tax expert was able to answer my questions.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2021 Tutbo Tax Starr Overall it was better this year than last. But from my perspective there remains a serious flaw. There are times some of the questions are not clear. I don't understand what exactily you are asking or saying, I don't speak IRS ze, I know you review the program before you release it, but you all know what you are saying and reading. It would help if you just simply explained what is being asked for.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Trouble with Turbotax Updater was using Turbotax since 2005 or when existed. Never had and issue with the CD product, this year, 2021, it didn't work. The updater didn't work automatically, manually or using the patch. Updater would get suck updating for hours. Had to call, to finally download the online version
