Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy to use! I think turbo tax has got to be the easiest online filing process i've every used for taxes. The ONLY thing that kind of annoys me is that it allows you to pay their fees with your tax refund but doesn't tell you it's going to be $40 to use that option??? Why does it cost more to use my refund? Seems bizarre, I'll definitely use a check or credit card next time.

There are many options to to choose from however you will end up paying some money for services if you are not 100% sure of what you are doing. Some things I would say need improvement would be the clear and concise description of some of the fields. Some of the yes/no questions are vague and do not clearly outline every unique situation. However, the UI is very clean, simple and friendly. Overall good experience.
