Well worth the money to know my return is complete and accurate and I upgraded to the audit protection, since my 2020 return and 2021 return are vastly different (possible red flag to IRS?)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from continuous struggle with other state rental income CA resident with Ohio rental home. In 2018 return made mistake with passive activity loss in CA return and just realized that in 2022. Software didn't catch it. The Ohio state non resident return doesn't take details from Federal Schedule E for rental income or loss. Just don't have good feeling or confidence with this software that it can handle situations properly when it comes to out of state rental homes income.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good but not great Overall very helpfull but on form 1098 I didn't have a copy and had it downloaded electronically then it asked questions about what was in some of the boxes, so I had to get the document still. Don't like the way it try's to coerce you to use them for state taxes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from FED e-file was a problem with AGI (or Self Pin) I resubmitted e-file multiple times with the Correct AGI from 2020 ... but kept getting IND-031-04 rejected on both the Fed and State! So after this error would not "fix" I had to file by mail for both Fed and State! I had already paid the $25 e-file fee for the State - which turns out was a waste of money! Not happy about that. FYI I used TurboTax 2020, but filed by mail ... so I suspect the Self PIN number for the 2021 may be causing the problem??? I am also not happy with the help explanations on the Turbox Tax website for this issue.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Taxed Me I was offered $20 off to file with Turbo Tax through my bank app. I neither received any such discount and ended up paying more then I have ever paid to file and on a return where I only made 20k last year.
