Overall ease is great but it's NOT freeI've used TurboTax for 5 years and overall, it's easy and self-explanatory which I love but what I HATE is the advertising that it's free because it is not. I should have easy filing....I'm single with one deduction but it moves me up to a paying form and they charge you no matter how you pay for your filing or how you get your return.
