Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax 2021 Mostly a very good experience. One area to improve is the re-entry of data. Examples are name entries, AGI entries, my address, etc. If you are allowing for people wanting to use different addresses for different things, then autofill and allow editing.

If you're going to force me to fix something before I file then give me the dang option to fix it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent can be frustrating Auto-populates most but not all of the fields from your previous returns when needed, but when it doesn't auto-populate there's no easy way to find the data it's asking for - would be a very easy fix, seems like it's intended to sell the "live support" options

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Many Problems This Year I used TT to file ours and our three son's taxes this year. I had two our son's returns rejected multiple times. I finally figured out from another tax program online that the IRS for some reason had no record our son's prior year taxes and I needed to put their AGI for 2020 as "0", something the TT experts did not seem to know, Very disappointed!
