Rated 3 out of 5 by from Time For A Change I find the use of Turbo Tax to be great for simple filings and for meeting the deadline, but the cost is that of a tax preparer and overly priced for an automated process that I'm not confident all my options for deductions are being examined. I think I will use a personal tax preparer next year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Took 6 hours Kept lagging and logging out. Took 6 hours. kept lagging and logging out. Didn't ask for pertinent info. I had to go back and search every nook and cranny to find where to put basic info. The whole setup is cumbersome. way more complicated than necessary.
