In trying to download 2020 version kept getting an OOPS technical issue contact support and after getting 2 ticket numbers and spending hours on phone with "Support" nothing resolved, Had to purchase from Bestbuy and re enter everything manually, Also second support person didnt want to help so much so that she said she'd escalated for help and call back then NEVER did.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has been Awesome for Many Years Just Awesome! The only hiccups I had was entering Schedule K-1. The entry/questionsection assistance and "learn more" in the K-1 was not as helpful/clear as the rest of the tax return.
